FAQ

We work with a keyholder who lives on the resort. When booking, you will receive their details directly and you can inform them of your arrival time. They will show you around the resort and give you a tour of the apartment. They are also available for questions during the entire stay.

The resort is gated and only accessible to residents and guests. The lagoon can also only be entered with a bracelet.

Our home is a six-person apartment and you will receive two bracelets to enter the lagoon during your stay. You can enter the lagoon together with one bracelet.

In case of loss of a bracelet, EUR 75,- will be charged. The bracelet must be requested again at the resort.

Feel free to contact us via whatsapp, phone or email. If something is missing, we can always arrange for it to be arranged/brought during your stay. And for broken items, we will try to have the items replaced or repaired as soon as possible.
