House Rules and Behavior:
- House Rules of Santa Rosalia Lake and Life Resort: During your stay, the house rules of Santa Rosalia Lake and Life Resort apply. We request that you respect these rules to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.
- Parties and Smoking: It is forbidden to organize parties in the apartment. It is also not permitted to smoke inside. We ask you to be respectful of other guests and the quiet environment of the resort.
- Guests: It is not allowed to invite additional guests to the apartment without our prior written permission. The maximum occupancy of the apartment may not be exceeded.
- Subletting: The apartment may not be sublet to third parties without prior written permission from Casa 7 Santa Rosalia.
- Keyholder: We work with a Dutch-speaking keyholder who lives on the resort. The keyholder's contact details will be shared once the reservation is confirmed and payment is received. The keyholder is available for any assistance during your stay.
- Bracelets: During your stay, you will receive bracelets that provide access to the lagoon and gym at the resort. If a bracelet is lost or damaged, a fee of EUR 75 per bracelet will be charged.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In your absence, do not leave the air conditioning or heating on all day. Excessive use will be charged based on actual consumption.
- Before departure, please wash dirty dishes and return them to the cabinets.
- Check-out is before 11:00 AM. If you check out later than 11:00 AM, we will need to charge extra costs.
- Please dispose of garbage in the gray bins at the front of the street. Please separate plastic, cardboard, and glass. If you have any questions during your stay, feel free to contact us using the contact details below.
